Customer Relationship Management & Product Config Portal
This is the initial mockup for the “Customer Relationship Management & Product Config Portal” (CRM), specifically crafted for 4:3 monitors commonly used by call centre staff. Informed by user feedback, the portal prioritises a user-friendly interface tailored to small displays. It aims to seamlessly showcase customer information, provide tools for customer profile adjustments, and enable product configuration with corresponding general ledger allocations. This approach ensures an efficient and user-centric experience for enhanced productivity in the call centre environment.

Sales Portal
I led the renewal of a sales portal, optimizing it for iPad and iPhone use to streamline information input for retail staff. The project successfully addressed challenges in the previous system, particularly difficulties in accessing mobile plans, providing an efficient and user-friendly solution. This endeavor showcases my commitment to improving operational efficiency and delivering practical solutions for end-users.

Real Name Registration
This project, “Real Name Registration Flow for Prepaid SIM Cards,” was initiated to comply with the new telecommunications regulations of the Hong Kong Communications Authority. Under the regulations, all prepaid SIM cards be registered, or local service will be suspended.

SoSIM
The product involved the digital transformation of an existing prepaid SIM product, SoSIM, which was sold offline with no user interface. The goal was to develop a minimal viable product (MVP) for the SIM and an app to manage its subscription.
